I finally have graduated from a university and starting a new career and M.S. in Educational Program and I have come to the realization that I need to make even more changes in my life besides the career and educational ones. For example, the more deep seeded ones like quit smoking and losing weight. I'm 44 and I am starting a new life and need to become a new me as well.
